Python
======

This section documents the ``phevaluator`` Python package. The source lives in
the `python <https://github.com/HenryRLee/PokerHandEvaluator/tree/master/python>`_
directory of the repository.

The package is a thin Python layer over the same C implementation used by the
C/C++ library, so it shares the perfect-hash algorithm described in the
:doc:`../algorithm/index` section.
